1/2 A Rainbow at the back of my house (Sat 06.18.22), but there was no rain at that time & the following image shows the sunset at the front of my house at the same time. @riseupstronger I use Biona Organic Raw Virgin Coconut Oil in my deep fat fryer, frying pan and Sunday roast pan. It's known as a superfood and I learnt that from Ty & Charlene Bollinger. It makes fantastic chips !! However, I live in the UK but I'm sure you'll find something similar where you live. Do try it. It's the best decision I ever made. Guilt-free chips, eggs, etc. Of course I don't eat them all the time. Moderation is the key - good luck.
