@beckyllopez80 Very nice! I have also been starting to learn to grow potatoes and had a few left over from last year. I put them in a cool dry place on the porch, away from critters, layered between paper bags in a basket. They kept very well and by spring the left overs were sprouting. Those got planted and did even better. I put some in large pots and as they grew up, use wire and cardboard to "hill them up" Pretty good solution for limited space or for people who have difficulty bending over. These are purples and don't get very large so well suited to large pots.
