Server databases via Viaual Basic from scratch,. Clinets were Mills Corp, former owners of Potomac Mills etc.,now Simon. I built the US Coast Guard;s risk assesment database MSRAM (see Wikipedia). Risk = Threat x Vulnerability x Consequence, TxVxC. I loved writing code.
From good investing, my wife Joy and I own a 50,000 sf school bldg. in Ormond Beach FL. The FL East Coast K5 Charter School will be our tenant starting Aug 2021. Kids will Shine.
