According to Snopes (an organization that I don't trust as far as I could throw them) this claim that the WHO director was arrested was "satire". The last time I checked, satire was supposed to be humorous. This, in no way, made me laugh. The only emotion it would illicit is anger.
Please tell me what's humorous about that article and the way they present it. If it is false, then the only category it fits into is deception.
