Yes fasting is part of the plan to make the preps last longer. I would prefer to bug in but also know the time may come to bug out. Unfortunately the SHTF is not an IF but a WHEN. What will cause the SHTF is any bodies guess. Currency collapse? War and invasion? Nukes? Martial law? so many possibilities
