Utah’s new “Sovereignty Act”
Utah’s new “Sovereignty Act” purports to allow Utah to ignore and overrule unconstitutional federal actions. However, the State of Utah is a corporation (DBN: 009094301). A corporation cannot be sovereign! Can Wendy’s, or Microsoft, or General Electric corporations be sovereign? Well, neither can the State of Utah, Inc.
Why not? Because they are owned by either the British Crown U.S. Corporation (DBN: 052714196) and/or the Pope. In fact the Pope owns and charters all corporations. He can abolish any corporation’s charter for any reason at any time. If the Pope can do that, then no corporation can be sovereign. The State of Utah corporation is a fraud by omission. The name of the State of State Utah should be known as the State of Utah, Inc., a Service Provider for Utah State, one of the States of the Union a nation state. The State of Utah, Inc. has committed fraud by omitting the “Inc.” after its name.
We as Americans own this country on a state-by-state basis. We take our nationality from our State of the Union and are known as Utahans, Californians, Virginians, Arizonans, and so on. This becomes our lawful political status the moment we are born on the land and soil of this country. We are the sovereigns. But are we really sovereigns? If you have a Birth Certificate, you are not. Instead you have been denigrated to the status of a British Territorial U.S. Citizen.
