The people of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and much of North-Western Europe, are the descendants of the House of Israel today, even if they do not realise it.
The state of Israel, the modern-day nation, are mostly the Jews, descendants of the House of Judah, although there are also many Jews living in the countries just mentioned.
When Jesus Christ returns, all the lost sheep who survive the Great Tribulation will return to Him in the land of Israel.
Of course it should be noted that this graphic came from elsewhere, and not all Germanic peoples are Israel, in fact most of them are probably descended from Assyria.
