They are trying to say that this is normal at the same time showing a plane spraying the sky. Im here to tell you there were never sideways rainbows in the sky when i was a child. This is new from sky spraying. Lol
This is a picture i took over my house. Also i watched a video and they were discussing using drones to spray with. I posted the video on here a few months ago.
The reason it has those pixel lines is because i uploaded it to my laptop then took a picture of the laptop screen with my phone.
