In addition to:
If you live, per capita tax
If you earn it,
1 - occupation privilege tax
2 - local wage tax (mine is 1%)
If your food has been warmed, service tax
If you own a vehicle, the state owns it and keeps the certificate of origin and gives you a title.
If you own property, the state owns it and gives you a deed.
In some areas, if it rains, you pay tax on the rain based on the SQ FT of your roof. (IIRC)
If you own it and sell it and not lose value on it, tax on the profit.
If the total personal items you sell and lose value on is greater than 600, 1099 tax.
