I have to say that nothing will fully eliminate back pain, I live with it daily and it gets worse as time goes on. I have an inversion table and it works until you bend over to release your feet. The best thing I've done is RF burning to the nerves, that lasted almost 3 years, but it was 99% effective for the pain and decreased yearly.
