A 10 leader dominance (governance; the NWO) will be created just prior to the anti-Christ actually appearing on the world scene. There are several ideas how exactly it will play out but Revelations 13:1-6 covers the general overview of the Beast & his system. This chapter is elucidated further by Daniel 7:19-21. As noted, the saints MUST be overcome by the anti-Christ (Rev. 13:7 & Daniel 7:21) prior to the implementation of the 'mark' for buying & selling. War, disease, pestilence and natural catastrophes all precede the emergence of the NWO.
