@patriotpast This hits home for me...growing up in a church that taught that we should take EVERYTHING back to the Bible to see how it “lines up” & now watching in horror as leaders are now buying into “new rules” & telling us we have to follow them at church?! Ugh...painful, sad, disheartening. We used to learn about cults & how to recognize them...now the church seems to have joined one.
