Products are being drop-shipped from outfits s/a Amazon & sellers are issuing Ruse Tracking info to give the appearance of package delivery,,, but the tracking info is associated with a package going to someone else in your zip code..
How they are assigning tracking info from other mail is a major mystery,,
In the recent incident,,, the sellers from Israel with held tracking info,, even after an item arrived via Amazon.. They would not divulge the amazon tracking info and when badgered for tracking info via customer service& opening a case,,, the sellers produced USPS tracking info that did not associate with the address of the buyer's account on eBay...
I've experienced this problem repeatedly for over a year.. Once almost costing me over $400...
There is no convenience in buying from eBay or any other online seller if they do not have a fraud-proof tracking system...
All purchasing on eBay should be suspended until they effectively address this problem..
