@HealthRanger the other one was well planned and orchestrated. This one feels like it's a distraction for the mass media or a copy cat. If the message was going off, then a detonation should have been imminent. The cop cars look like they are sitting right up next to a truck. They wouldn't be that close if they suspected an explosion.
