This is the correct response to my citizen arrest of Dave Maron, Shasta County Public Health! The CHP did NOT dismiss my case as it was a solid one to include audio and video evidence. The DA will NOT pursue this as she is a swamp creature but it will be noted for the upcoming DA election. Also, my citizen arrest of the Board of Supervisors in 2021 was also a solid case. It failed because under former Sheriff Magrini's direction, the evidence was not sought nor interviews conducted.
