Your speculation about "sicko's" who want to be damaged by covid jab as an attention-seeking technique, is well-documented as "Munchausen syndrome". Probably some "munchausers" are using jab side-effects to troll for sympathy. There is also munchausen by proxy where they inflict harm on someone else, usually twisted mothers harming a child to get attention from doctors, sometimes to the brink of the child's death. The current systemic narcissism certainly encourages them.
