Most of the foods that they say are health foods were not consumed before as they are known to cause health problems, I would mention them
but there is no point, you would not agree if your consuming and have joint pain, and leaky gut. Lectins are BAD.

The industry have made it so that there is more gluten and more round up in our vegan foods.

To be honest, I do not know how mercury gets into our water,
but I would assume that it is used for a big industry and they

and a shocker,
a KETO diet until I healed,
now on a paleo diet.
