this is wonderful ... seriously ... if we can hamstring the US ability to use the military to strong-arm everywhere, the world would be far more peaceful (we have many times more military bases spread around the world than all other countries combined ... to spread "peace and democracy... ) ...UNLESS ... the US determines that we have no choice but to start using nukes...
