My parents (in their 60’s) started taking them about 2 months back...my dad’s long running cold/cough improved in a couple days of starting use. I agree that sugar alcohols can cause gastrointestinal upset, but they are great prebiotics. I only ever use 1/4 cup in a recipe, and add 1-2 tsp. monk fruit powder to increase sweetness. Works like a charm!

@thetruthaboutvaccines @thetruthaboutcancer I used to be a Pediatric Nurse, and gave a lot of vaccinations. I've seen children that haven't had vaccines, and it was awful! I have taken vaccines since I went into the Army in 1988. I took vaccines while in Desert Shield/Storm! I take a pneumonia vaccine every few years as needed, and a flu vaccine every single year. You would think being a diabetic that my immune system would be lowered, but nope. I will not take the Covid Vaccine!

@thetruthaboutvaccines A few months ago - possibly July maybe - I was told I have low testosterone after a test. They wanted to send me to an urologist to address it. With a busy schedule I have not done that as of yet. Years previously, I also had low testosterone and at that time my doctor prescribed andro-gel that I took for awhile. I stopped that prescription when my son was born because of contact with it on my skin. Is it normal at my age mid 30s to early 40s to have this issue?

@thetruthaboutvaccines I saw a VAERS report of a breastfeeding toddler breaking out in a body and face rash two days after the mother had the vax shot. Another where a 29 week baby died in utero. This is all madness.

@vivvischnell - Unfortunately, we know this narrative all too well. Please keep informed other parents, especially new/first time patients about the VAERS reporting system. So many new families and young doctors know nothing about its existence. You're right, it is absolute madness, which is why we need to work together to reach the masses more than ever before.

@thetruthaboutvaccines I am very concerned about mandatory vaccinations. I know many people who believe it would never come to that - but.. Never did think in my wildest imagination we would be some of the actions we are now seeing be undertaken.

@Eisenhower79 - Yes, especially with the new COVID vaxx, we're seeing wider use of VAERS than ever before, so all we can hope is for everyone to be informed of the adverse effects reporting system and that it gets utilized more as this new and dangerous vaccine is rolled out across the country. Keep sharing information about mandatory vaccination because this is going to be the part of the fight that's going to need the most amount of work from the patriots.

I have recently bought the book with the same name (haven't read it yet). Maybe it's getting harder to share things honestly and openly on the big platforms? Especially about vaccines? I will check out what you share about the covid vaxx... I live in Finland, where they have recently started the vaxx program from Pfizer. I feel so ambivalent and it's disturbing that media here don't ask any critical questions.
