We wanted to let you know about a major announcement in the firearms industry that occurred yesterday.
The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has cleared Czechoslovak Group's proposed acquisition of Vista's Kinetic Group which is made up of brands such as Federal, CCI, Remington ammo, Speer, Hevi-Shot, Estate Cartridge, and Alliant Powder. The CFIUS is an interagency committee of the U.S. government authorized to review US transactions involving foreign investment to determine the effect on U.S. national security. Now that the CFIUS has cleared the proposed acquisition, the last step is for Vista Outdoors’ stockholders to approve the sale. This meeting is scheduled for July 2, 2024 at 9am Central Time.

@HealthRanger very scary show today. But thank you for reporting on this. Very sad for the people like myself who are not rich and can’t afford years of food for our kids and ourselves. My husband is 42 & 100% injured veteran from the war in Afghanistan and I am a nurse, no I did not take the jab and I warned others for years to not take them and I was prepared to lose my job during the mandates and very blessed it did not come to that but was close. All these people are gonna have it all while we here who struggle will be laid destitute to whatever they have planned. They can hide for now but Jesus you can’t hide from. Jesus can and will save his remnant but I am prepared to die.

@HealthRanger My husband and I have already begun to sort out and pare down our finances in case his job (which is part time supplementary income) requires him to wear a mask. He absolutely will not comply and has already stated he will quit day 1 of that. While I realize a lot of people can’t do that I also know plenty who are regular watchers and commenters on these podcasts who will absolutely comply in order to keep even a part time job. I also know many of them have habits related to their appearance (hair, nails, make-up)
that could easily be eliminated or cut back and allow for them to take a stand and not comply. It is disheartening to see this. Who cares what your hair and nails look like if you’re locked in your house, or a fema camp, or dead? That’s how unwilling even awake people are to sacrifice anything at all for their beliefs! #donotcomply!

Jamie Foxx has been filmed NOT walking, NOT talking, and only waving with one arm, all of which is consistent with a stroke victim who still has motor control over half his body, but not so much the other half. We hope he heals quickly, but those who think a 12-second video is proof that he's all fully recovered now are kidding themselves. This looks like an engineered stunt to create the impression that he's fully recovered now, which is highly unlikely. Until we see Jamie Foxx walk and talk and use both arms and hands, anyone declaring his stroke to be a "conspiracy theory" is only engaging in fantasy thinking. Just want to say for the record that #Kraken (Kraken.com) has won me over as the #crypto exchange of choice. They reached out to me after I had been mistakenly banned. They apologized then reinstated my account. I was able to deposit a wire, buy some crypto and transfer off platform, with no problems this time. No other exchange has corrected their issues that I've experienced, not a single one. But Kraken alone reached out and resolved, and now it's working. They understand REAL customer service and making their system work for real people. I'm officially impressed.
