I am a Master's prepared nurse educator. I worked as a floor nurse in ER and ICU from 2003 to 2019. I worked EMS in Nashville, TN and the surrounding area prior to that. Before my jump into the medical field in 1996, I worked in management and have 2 degrees in that as well. I am a gospel singer/songwriter (Sonya Kay) on Reverbnation.com. I am an author of a book I am in the process of getting published on how to escape abuse called "KEYS TO SURVIVAL: Overcoming an Abusive Relationship."

I am a retired, Christian, husband, father, artist, musician, and nature lover.

Its not what you know. It's how much you know, and how well you use it.

I moved out of Southern California in the 1990's when the Mexican drug cartels and gangs started taking over, the beaches, and every town from LA south.
