Article II of the Constitution of the United States Bill Of Rights Effective Dec. 15, 1791 States;
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
It is the duty of United States Citizens to form local Militia as necessary to protect and secure all God given American rights and freedoms as written within the Constitution of the United States Of America.
