I'm a baby boomer who's a truth seeker. I follow (try to) the principles of Vapassana Meditation taught by S.N. Goinka Love it! Vipassana means "to see things how they really are" I see that we live on a Flat Earth, not a ball. I like veggie patch gardening that has helped to cope here in Melbourne Australia during out endless stage 4 lockdown restrictions. Looking forward to an environment where I'm not rubbished for my simple beliefs and exercising a God given right to freedom of expression
