@HealthRanger @COLE63 Also gotta have a source of vitamin C to prevent scurvy. Freeze dried fruits (berries, etc) or a Vitamin C supplement. Beans and rice will not provide vitamin C. Humans must get our vitamin C from foods, unlike other animals.

@HealthRanger Mike it could be as simple as Ukraine pilots already are familiar with Migs. Can you imagine trying to fly a western aircraft you have never flown before in a life and death situation. Also documentation and all labels would be in a language they would probably not be able to read.

I'm stating this for the record, Feb. 20th, 2022 - I 100% support the USA freedom convoy effort and peaceful protests against tyranny. However, this convoy represents a HUGE, juicy target for a deep state false flag operation where they could hide a b--b in a truck and set it off, blaming anti-vaxxers, conservatives, etc. The US media will lie and claim protesters are racists or terrorists, just like in Canada. The deep state will absolutely attempt to exploit this for a false flag incident.

@HealthRanger I'd like to know what Mike Adams believes himself. I personally have a lot of difficulty believing Dr. Cowan and Dr. Kaufmann. I've read two books by Dr. Cowan, and heard him speak in person at WAPF conferences, and I always find his arguments to have loose ends. "The world has been put under a spell." How is that scientific? Sounds like a faith-based argument to me.

THE most important thing in your preps? YOUR BACKUP PLAN. How will you make it for a LONG TIME (ie MONTHS !) if everything turns to sh!t w/NO local services? That means:
Heat - woodstove + wood propane, maybe generator in a pinch
Light - oil lamps, candles
Cooking - barbecue + fuel, fireplace + wood
Water - rainwater +, Berkey, well with hand pump
Your AR-15, rice & beans will only take you so far.
Have a backup plan any 1830's pioneer would be proud of.
Then... have backups to your backups.
