@HealthRanger High aluminum levels do sound concerning. I think you're onto something here, which is probably more high yield than trying to identify every mold spore, grain of pollen, cellular debris, etc. on microscopy.
I wonder if this finding correlates with the theory that the strange fog that has been sickening people could be "utility fog" as described in the following video. What if it's not just aluminum particles but nanobots made of aluminum? If so, you might need an electron microscope to see them, since they would be nanoscale.

@HealthRanger Besides the Fog, they're using micro towers to target us. I've experienced profuse nose bleeds, vertigo, heat flashes at night when my room is at 54 degrees, nausea, brain fog, inability to write or work out of my home. I have two towers outside my window, and now they want to replace my meters with smart meters. There's no escape.
