Although I despise these anti-Tesla terrorists as much as the rest of us, 20 years in prison for keying a Tesla vehicle is judicial overkill. The punishment should fit the crime. I suggest more like 30 days in jail and a $25,000 fine, plus they have to pay for the repair of the vehicle. That would send the desired message and still respect judicial discretion.
@HealthRanger Unfortunately, 30 days in jail, won't deter Libtard Dems who can't reason like ordinary human beings. To them, it would be like a tiny slap on the wrist.
