This outspoken racist is crude, and appears to lack courtesy and thought and speech qualifications most would expect in a commissioner, and she has a history of belligerence and contempt toward police and most citizens. I hope they have video proof of this crime cause she’ll apparently lie about it or say it was the victims fault.
