@rednckdeb start with getting some 2 way radios. You can gat a pair of Ozark Trail radios for $20 at walmart. One commenter mentioned a Bayofung, those are much pricier and you can program those off of FRS channels. When your cell signal is blocked and the internet goes down, you need to party like it's 1979. CB, Handheld and shortwave radios.
There are many, many rumors flying around today that say the President has signed the Insurrection Act. Another rumor claims Gen. Flynn to be appointed Vice President. One source of this is the Simon Parkes video channel on Bitchute. I have heard similar from at least five of my contacts, but it's possible they may merely be echoing the same rumor. I have not been able to confirm the IA signing from any source with DIRECT knowledge. So for now, we put this in the "rumor" category.
