If the government has evidence of crime, it has a responsibility to bring the law-breakers to trial.

The we-have-to-wait-until-Biden's-approval-sinks excuse indicates the military doesn't intend to prosecute. Just like Congress held umpteen hearings with no prosecutions. And the DOJ investigated without prosecutions. Spin the whole thing out until people walk away disgusted.

Unlike other crimes, election fraud directly affects every voter. I doubt Americans are going to wait months on this.
