Hydroponic food is the way to go.Up here in Canada I grow veggies all winter long in A Kracky method of hydroponics.Simple and no power needed,after set up you don't even worry about water as long as your reservoir is the right size.

@HealthRanger you can buy direct from HP and Dell but on amazon you like other marketplace websites that have many small business selling on the platform. Get a green roof or green wall to grow food. Somtime there is no option but years ago WFM was going to get rid of GMOs and other ingredients and they have yet to do it. Their private label stuff can be poorly controlled and tested for chemicals.
