@xpain I'm going to repost some information that I found alarming last night. It mentions Regions 1a and 1b and the CCP. Fema Region 1 is the upper NE states - Maine, etc. I wonder if this may tie in to the plane that you're seeing. Maybe someone else can take a closer look at this:
