@GoldieElaine I suspect that laughing at oneself about the ageing process is best. Years ago, I met a man age 85. His body was bend over at almost a 45 degree angle. But he could still walk. And had a wife 35 years younger than himself. But, he was always mocking his place in life as an old man. And he had me laughing so hard at his self-depreciating humor, that I could barely breath But most people people laugh and cry about getting old.
