It is such a human trait to want to control/ be part of the outcome! The more we are told to “ Hold the Line” the more frustrated we become... TAKE ACTION... clean a closet, drawer, garage, cleanse what is not needed to make room for peace... My action! I planted a “ Circle of Peace” 50 pansies for the neighborhood, that reaches out further to community, Universe... Pansies are the flowers of friendship... far from a “ battlecry and AR 15” def action of Hope!

@Health Ranger, The “ take away” from. SU today... we have to be prepared to help “ break the evil spell”? happens to be my specialty! Let’s start with some fresh clean water / fasting , no devices, no junk food, fresh clean air, a daily walk, w optional prayer.. and maybe some basic nutrients! It is not complicated. We could have them take a “ cold water” plunge? And help these ppl find a “ purpose” ...In the mean time pray with deliberate intention for God’s Mercy and Grace, cuz I need it!
