It was a very dangerous time. These boatloads of early Danites and Zarahites were accompanied by other cousins of Israel, Simeon, Gad and others. As they arrived on the North Sea, they settled in the coastlines of Gaul, Britain, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany. Other Danites and Zarahites that decided to stay in the Aegean became sea raiders along the northern coastline and the islands of the Mediterranean. They and other sea faring refugees from the Aegean later became called the Sea People.
