The same malicious and malevolent interventions that made Billy's life difficult when he retrieved the 900th contact report also occurred and are occurring again with this contact report. Not only do individual words simply disappear from the report or suddenly appear in the wrong place in a sentence when the retrieved text is being written down – not to mention the countless spelling mistakes, numbers and punctuation marks that suddenly appear in the words and sentences completely unmotivated – but also – and this is by far the worst – entire sentences and complete sections simply disappear from the report. It is quite possible that the texts that have disappeared are entire coherent, page-long explanations, as was the case with this current 901st contact report, for example. For this reason, Billy has decided to pre-publish the first part of the current contact report, so to speak, so that some of the highly important information can find its way into the public domain as quickly as possible.
As soon as he has retrieved the second part of the report, corrected it and retrieved again what has disappeared from the computer after retrieval, and the following correction work – which can again bring to light what is missing, ...

I don't recall ever hearing Art Bell interview Billy Meier although I remember hearing about Billy Meier and I think Art Bell had one or more guests who spoke of him. I don't know much about Billy Meier but I thought I had read that Billy doesn't speak english and if that is correct, then I doubt Art Bell ever interviewed him directly.
