Illinois just mandated the shots and if you use religious exemption you have to be tested every week. Does anyone have info on how to fight the mandated tests??

We own a water filtration unit from synergy science and the machine is not hooked up to internet and we can change the frequencies through an iPad that sends a signal to the server in Germany(coincidence??) They explained that the server would send a signal to the machine through quantum entanglement. Could this technology have been used to change the votes in the voting machines so they can continue to say how could they do this if machines are not connected to WiFi?? Just a theory.
